What types of auto glass damage are covered by insurance?
A:
Comprehensive Coverage covers: road hazards and vandalism
Collision Coverage covers:  damage from moving vehicle accidents
 

Q:
Will my rates go up if I make a claim?
A:
Your insurance agent should be answer this question for you.   However,
we have found that most insurance companies do not raise your rates.
 

Q:
Do I pay Ryan's All Glass and then submit the invoice to my insurance company?
A:
Your insurance company can pay Ryan's All Glass directly, so that
you do not have any out-of-pocket expenses to be reimbursed.

How do I start the claims process?
A:
You may wish to view specific insurance company information on
this web site; you can fill out our Notification Form on this web site, or
you can call us directly at (513) 771-4440.
 

Q:
Is Ryan's All Glass a "participating vendor" with all insurers?
A:
Because insurance companies use "networks" that are set up by competing
auto glass companies, you may have to specifically ask for Ryan's All
Glass to perform your glass repair / replace needs.  You have the right to
have the work performed by the company you choose.
